PLEASE READ THESE IMPORTANT NOTES:

* This form must be submitted by NOON ON FRIDAY for delivery the following Saturday morning.

* The delivery address must be in the Mendenhall Valley or Lemon Creek.

* Deliveries will include non-perishable items only (we are unable to deliver perishables).

* Deliveries will generally occur between 9-11 a.m.on Saturday.

We also welcome folks to stop by our in-person pantry hour from 9-10 a.m. Saturdays. Perishable foods available in-person only.
