Thank you for your willingness to serve. 

Shepherd of the Valley is not participating in the Summer Food Service Program this year. Meals will still be provided to all children free of charge, but we have more flexibility in menu and portions. We are privately funded this year through the Benito and Frances C. Gaguine Foundation and Alaska Community Foundation.

 Acceptance and participation requirements for the program and all activities are the same for all regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability; and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service.

All volunteers who work with food will need a food handler's card. We are happy to cover that cost.
